Staff are so rude! I’m so nice to receptionists all the time and they are just the rudest office I’ve ever been to.
I really like this place. Very kind staff DJ has helped me so much shes always so upbeat and happy. I hope shes being paid well because she is extremely good at what she does. I had a horrible experience at Vision Care Optometry and this staff has been so great and helpful.
The office staff is amazing and always friendly. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
The staff is horrible! I called to schedule my child and appointment, she wants contacts. She said “oh she hasn’t been seen since 2019, she’s considered a new patient”. Girl, what? Now, we are on the waiting list. This is so weird.
