Called to see if I could get an appointment, was asked if I had been there before it had been a while but I had been a frequent. Was told they don’t do medical emergencies for non established patients, how am i supposed to be an established patient if I got turned away.

This review is regarding the office staff, not the doctors. I have been coming here for years and have never had such a poor experience as I did yesterday. I brought my daughter in to purchase prescription sunglasses, and the staff member who took us to the glasses area was very unpleasant. She confirmed that we were there to buy sunglasses. Ok, I have been coming to this office since I was young, and I know that people who work there come and go but I want to share my experience. I made an appointment yesterday for today but when I arrived at the office there was no record of me making the appointment. I didn't ask for a name when I booked the appointment that was on me. I was upset, I wanted to make another appointment but I left because I just wanted to get out of the office. Remember always ask for a name when booking appointments at this office.
