The first time I use sterling location have no problem. The second time I didn’t have a experience. The front dest made our appointment and send us the email for appointment notification where the time was wrong for our appointment. After my eye exam the technician was not able to explain our benefits, he was not clear at all . I keep asking him the question to get a clear explanation but he keep telling me I am checking and we get frustrated. Les di una Estrella solo porque no Tania una optcion menor ! Me siento muy decepsionado porque Desde Julio/ 24/2025 hasta el dia de hoy oct/20/2025 todavia no recibo mi segundo par de Lentes . Los primrose lentes train una linea borrosa en la mitad , se regresaron al Lab. The only reason I gave a 2 was for Dr. Gee. If I could seperate the exam and the sales part, I would give Dr. Gee a 5 and a 1 for the sales. I paid my bill and while looking at the receipt, I noticed that they added a $40 charge for 1 year insurance on the frames and lenses. I didn't ask for it. It was explained that the system "automatically" adds it on. Huh. I told the guy that I thought that was bad business and to take off the $40.
