The first time I use sterling location have no problem. The second time I didn’t have a experience. The front dest made our appointment and send us the email for appointment notification where the time was wrong for our appointment. After my eye exam the technician was not able to explain our benefits, he was not clear at all . I keep asking him the question to get a clear explanation but he keep telling me I am checking and we get frustrated.
