Dr. Gee and Dr. Mazeas are outstanding—professional, thorough, and very good at making patients feel comfortable while clearly explaining options. Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on Nov 18. After 5 visits over 3 months, they still couldn’t get my prescription right. Lenses were put in the wrong frames, prescriptions were mixed up multiple times, and they even put the same prescription in both glasses when one was for reading/computer and the other for everyday use. One pair gives me headaches, eye pain, and blurred vision and is unusable. The blue-light filter I paid for was not included.
