not a good experience, was told i would pay a certain amount by two people then ended up having to pay double the amount after.
Eye doctor place messed up again, they called me finally saying they were ready for pick up, after 1. Bad service took way too long to take me back the first eye check up over a month ago, 2. Lost my glasses after shipment 3 or so weeks ago, 3. Didn’t get my order right today. Not happy.
Store/staff did not follow up as promised, and I had very bad experience with the Dr. She does not listen/care what I needed. I feel it was a routine for them and purpose is to collect the money. I have stayed with this practice for years and unfortunately it is now time to move.
