Great service. Really kind and helpful personnel appart from being very professional.
Good. Store. Have been going to this same location, Beacon Hill on Richmond Highway for over 30 (It has changed names, but same doctor and office space.) years. Doctor Karen Krotine is the best. Very respectful, straight forward and great to deal with. I would recommend this location to everybody. Both myself and my wife go every year for eye checkups and new glasses.
I had a really good experience at the Eyecare shop this week. I was able to get the testing and feedback that I rely on. From entry to exit, everyone was very professional!
The Groveton office is awesome! I was having an issue with my eye, and they fit me in between appointments today - friendly staff, great doctor. I will start doing my yearly exams here as well.
I was able to retrieve my glasses with the upmost support from the staff! Absolutely made sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed before I left. 100% recommend!
