I love doctor Scollard as my dentist. She is extremely competent has a great personality and uses modern technology for care of your teeth. I also really like the people that work in her office. She is the best dentist I have ever been to.

My partner went here for a routine cleaning while pregnant. She was not informed that this was out of network. Now we have a 500 dollar bill for a cleaning and x rays. They surely are able to tell if the insurance is in network or not but they chose not to mention it.

This place was good until dr scoullard took it over. She doesn't care about the patients or quality of the work she does so long as she gets paid. I've had multiple issues to try and get fixed. She then "fixed" them and they've both failed after a few days. Still charged me for everything after she said it wasn't a guaranteed fix. That was a few years ago. I had been at this office for 15 years, always had a superb hygienist. Dr Suirek was fantastic. Since Scollard bought the practice it went downhill, quickly. Missed a single appt, and was not able to call within 24 hours (I did call though), and received a bill for 190.00$, so that in itself made me search for a new dentist. However when I called to inquire about what contract I signed that would allow my dentist to charge me 190.00$ for a missed visit, I was told "it's just our policy". I found Dr Scollard through a referral when I was having terrible time with my dentist at Baystate Dental. I never imagined I would find a dentist like this that cares so much, gives good education, and is so kind and caring. Her entire team and office are AMAZING. I would never go anywhere else after starting care here!
