Dr Matt and his wife Anienne Marsay are exceptional Docs in today’s world. Port Alberni is so fortunate to have these Docs. Both show compassion, understanding and listen to patients concerns. In actual fact, these two Drs are the best Drs myself and my wife Audrey have ever had. In addition to that, their staff too show compassion and a real care for us at the same time running an excellent office in the day to day operations. If I can give zero stars, I will the female, Dr. Marsay when I had her as my doctor she was very useless every time I’d be sick or Injured she’d just tell me to go to the hospital or go to the walk-in clinic and that she’s not a vending machine she always checked stuff out what I was not wanting her to check out and she was also bad at listening to me a lot of the time she would play on the computer most of the time and was always about pilling poping she never checked the stuff I wanted her to check out She also too, has gi... read more
MOA DOESNT ANSWER PHONE! Multiple people I know struggle to reach this office including myself. My relative actually had to go in person to get service. DONT BOTHER TRYING TO CALLING!
