Very rude the person who schedule appointments, if you call 5 minutes before lunch they will try to put you on hold, and make that can't hear you and hung up on you, Irene you should have better skills if you work with customers, Dr K Lum is excellent.
The receptionist at Dr. Lum's office is incredibly rude. I am pleased with Dr. Lum, but she should pay attention to the reviews about her staff. There are enough other doctors in town with competent and friendly staff that people have options.
Dr. F has been my physician for almost 20 years. Very knowledgeable and thorough and if you still have questions he doesn't hesitate to return your phone calls to continue to speak with you if needed.
