Issues with being able to leave a message, getting a call back, transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy, scheduling an appointment, and actually speaking with a real person! They also don't remind you of your appointment, and if you don't have access to the "portal", good luck!
Their staff does not return any phone calls, and they behave as if they are doing you a favor if they “choose” to accept you. I have Medullary thyroid cancer and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and was hospitalized twice this month for extremely low tsh, and even though I had a referral to this place, the staff did nothing to try to help me. If you are in desperate need of an endocrinologist, avoid this place at all costs. They simply don’t care how sick you are or how desperately you need help.
Dr. Mesibov and staff are just the best; they’ve been my PC for almost 10 years; simply the best!
I have been a patient of Dr David MESIBOV for 23 years as my PCP. His kind, understanding manner coupled with his ability to truly listen makes him the most effective physician I have ever had. Service was ok but I can’t seem to keep any appointments. They’ve rescheduled me three times now. I tried to establish care after a relocation and needed to refill my allergy/asthma medications. I scheduled a new patient appointment two months in advance. The day before my appointment (the same week my allergy/asthma prescriptions expired) they called and said they had to reschedule three weeks out. A major issue they offered no solution for.
