Josh and the rest of the team (April, Sally, and crew) in the Optometry department are stellar. From helping to choose the right frame, answering questions, or helping out if there is an issue, the service is top notch. Josh is always going above and beyond. Last year he even loaned his jumper cables out to my sister who was stuck with a dead battery! Everyone at this practice from staff at the front desk to Dr's are amazing. I can't recommend them enough! If you haven't tried them, you should.
I've been coming here for years. Since day one, I have always had an awesome experience. Many of the employees know me by name, they absolutely do not rush anything whether you're with the doctor or the optical department. My favorite is April! Highly recommend using her- anytime I have had her adjust my glasses, she nails it the first time. Definitely my go-to. I switched insurance companies, and I called them ahead of time to make sure that they would still take my new carrier. I was told that they did and that there was not going to be any problems when I got there. When I arrived, I was told that they do not take my insurance company and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I wanted to have my appointment that day.
