I switched insurance companies, and I called them ahead of time to make sure that they would still take my new carrier. I was told that they did and that there was not going to be any problems when I got there. When I arrived, I was told that they do not take my insurance company and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I wanted to have my appointment that day.
Always on time. All my questions are fully answered.
I need d new glasses. My eyes are constantly changing since I had a stroke. I picked them up today. They are magical!!! I can read, use my phone, and it’s like having new eyes!!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!!
I can’t praise this office highly enough! I’ve been seeing Dr. Chivers for years and I’m so pleased with the care I’ve received. She is friendly, professional and very caring; she listens to my concerns and explains everything in a way that I can understand and that puts me at ease. The office staff are also all very friendly and helpful. I’m so pleased to have this group of eye professionals to rely on for my eye care.
I’ve been to several places to get my correct prescription. Found Dr Kline and Boyd thankfully. Dr Chivers listened to my concerns as the other places were just in a hurry and didn’t listen. I highly recommend!
