Honestly; one of the Worst Medical Office Experience I've ever had. The receptionist took an instant dislike to me; I suspect because I didn't look like her?? So, from there it went South. The team was RUDE, DISRESPECTABLE, and all out uncooperative with me, so much so that I had to ask about 3 times about Insurance so I can pay them. I was referred to Dr. Scott Cohen by my primary dentist. I needed 3 implants and a couple of extractions. I put it off for a year due to my fear of dentists, but if I only knew how painless and professional Dr. Cohen would be, I would not have waited. He talks to you throughout the process to make sure you are comfortable and makes personal follow-up phone calls to ensure the healing process is going as planned. No need to wait when you your apprehensive like me. Dr. Cohen and his wonderful staff will take care of you.
