They are incredible. Tracey, Leanne and Crystal are lovely, lovely human beings that make everyone feel welcome. Roland took the time to explain all of the tests he conducted on my eyes so that I could understand the process. Again, I was struck by the kindness and technical excellence he brought to his job. Dr. Cooper brings outstanding skill, a wonderful youthful vibrancy, as well as such a deep kindness and beautiful humanity to her profession. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are simply the best.
First visit today. Excellent interaction with all personnel for vision exam/prescription, selection and fitting of frames/lenses.
