I haven’t actually received my glasses yet, but they gave me a very quick appointment for my eyeglass subscription. The front desk ladies were very pleasant, friendly, and efficient
I love the receptionist they are extremely nice caring and always give there best thanks so much for making the world a better place
If I could give 0 stars, I would worst customer service from the Doctor I've ever received was short snappy and rude to my 17-year-old and then turned around and yelled at my two-year-old. I will absolutely never come here again and you couldn't pay me to bring a child into this. Building worst service I've ever received somewhere.
Called to make an apt and an angry elderly lady started complaining that they don't take various kinds of insurance. Didn't even ask what my insurance was before being rude. Had to almost convince her to let me make an appointment and take my money. Found another clinic that could get me in sooner nearby because I'm having an eye issue, and when I called to cancel (days out still) the lady on the phone was rude and played it off unprofessionally. Won't bother again.
They could not find a deal covered by VSP. My out of pocket exceeded $200. Eyeware stores need to find affordable glasses for customers.
