I recently attempted to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was disappointed by the unprofessional demeanor exhibited over the phone. While I acknowledge that interacting with clients can be challenging, I merely expressed my desire to book an appointment, mentioned that my colleague is a patient there, and stated that my insurance covers the services.
