I had been a patient at this office for a really long time, I'm talking decades. First off, the office and equipment hasn't been updated in many years. After seeing what is available at other dental practices, I was SHOCKED at how out of date everything is here. Everything was great with them while I had dental insurance. Couldn’t tell you how the doctors are at this office, because I didn’t even get that far. But if it is anything like my experience with the front desk, it has to be lousy. One of the ladies at the front desk was so incredibly rude, and I mean offensively rude to me over the phone. I was floored by the way she was talking to me. If the doctors allow someone like this to work for them, then they must support this type of patient abuse. Great office! I’ve been going for years, and they’ve always been polite and professional. Before going to this office, another dentist told me I had three cavities. A family member referred me here, and I’m so glad they did. Dr. Carl confirmed I had no cavities, saving me hundreds of dollars the other dentist was going to charge me.
