Had all three of my children going to this office for six years. I have praised this office and recommended it to others for on how exceptionally well they were overall. Had to make an appointment specifically for anestesia/ another form of comfortability so my daughter could have dental work done due to anxiety of having something other being done other then a regular cleaning. Wolves in sheep's clothing! Sure, the facility looks great, but watch out for what goes on inside. I'll start off by saying my hygienist was lovely. No complaints about her. She was perfect and knew exactly what she was doing. The one I had before her was the opposite of that. I'd leave a cleaning with chipped teeth (she claimed it was "just plaque") and bleeding gums. I love Dr Fair and Judy, my hygienist, Marlisa this was an awesome place until recently. I had to come up with out of pocket over $1,700.00 due. My insurance covered it fully. They knew in October, per Shelly that my insurance was “out of network.” I had my work done in October and November and was never given a new estimated statement. I called and the person on phone “ well sorry about that, we sent out letters and phone calls, sorry about that you weren’t one of those.
