Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider offer a variety of financing options? Yes

No Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this cosmetic surgeon answer all of your questions? Yes

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
