Doctor Chang and his entire staff are both knowledgeable and patient. To say I have dental anxiety is an understatement yet every time I have visited the staff has been patient, understanding, and competent. Every case is unique and mine was difficult. I was a smoker and had not been to the dentist in over 15 years, ashamedly. I had periodontal disease with severe bone loss both upper and lower. From a very easy to find location, neat and nice clinic, a very sweet and friendly front desk to a professional and funny nurse and doctor… everything was perfect and the entire process was super smooth. We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Chang and his team. Highly recommended!!!
Update: This doctor’s response to my review was very misleading. It was my own actions that saved me from the unnecessary procedures. For starters, I chose not to use the endodontist that they suggested. I chose a different one who my primary dentist referred me to who did an honest evaluation without bias or motive tied to a referral or buddy system. Dr. Chang and his staff are amazing! They were amazing with a procedure my daughter had to have done. Anytime we need a periodontist, Dr. Chang is who we will see again!
