Never got to the great doctors due to poor reception experience! Reception during scheduling over the phone demanded I provide not only vision insurance info but also medical insurance info and said she could not schedule me without it. Given I provided her accurate VSP info to look me up and she didn't try to reconfirm any of the info she had taken down incorrectly she shared she could not schedule me. I have never been here as a patient but was waiting for a referral to go through made by urgent care the previous night that was taking too long. I was having extreme pain, redness and swelling in both eyes (on a Friday of course) and nobody could see me. I called this office and the woman was incredibly kind and caring even though we immediately discovered their office didn't take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket.
