This is to address a severe failure in patient care and staff professionalism that occurred today 07/22/2026. Due to a scheduling discrepancy that was communicated to me verbally, my daughter arrived seven minutes past the verbally stated time. Instead of handling this minor delay efficiently, three separate staff members provided completely conflicting information and ultimately refused to see her.
