I saw Dr. Greg Everett at the Farragut Office. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an appt. AT 345PM. Was stuck behind a wreck on 40. I called at 330 told them i may be 5 or 10 mins late. Had previous appts there and had no complaints. The receptionist said if 10 mins late or less fine. Arrived 7 mins late. They would not see me. Infuriating !!! I would have saved myself the aggravation and rescheduled from my automobile. Extremely rude.What a terrible way to do business. It wasn't even friday so I didn't think I was keeping him from the yacht club
