After 3 decades at this practice I consider the service and care excellent.
When comparing notes with friends I realise how lucky I am to be with THC. Very rarely do I have a problem with arranging an appointment, and the receptionists are all very helpful.
Zero help or guidance for people in need. Disappointing from Health centre designed to do as such.
Until now I rated the service that this practice provided as good. However my experience today was very disappointing. I had a telephone appointment with Julia dancy for 11:30am. By 2:45pm I had not received a phone call so rang reception. They informed me that Julia Dancy had cancelled the appointment because in her opinion (which does not align with government advice) I am not eligible for a shingles vaccination so she just simply cancelled the appointment without informing me.
