He came out to look at the problem on my roof in June. I had to bug him for 10 weeks to give me an actual estimate for the cost. When he finally gave it to me it was very expensive. It turns out it was three times more than his competitors . I said it was unfortunate that he had taken so to give me the quote because now it was about to get too cold to do roofing work so I would have no choice but to go with him.
