He came out to look at the problem on my roof in June. I had to bug him for 10 weeks to give me an actual estimate for the cost. When he finally gave it to me it was very expensive. I said it was unfortunate that he had taken so to give me the quote because now it was about to get too cold to do roofing work so I would have no choice but to go with him. Dr Roof re shingled my garage roof at a fair cost with no fuss or no mess. Didn't leave a nail or whisper of an old shingle behind. Excellent service.
Had Dr. Roof do a repair. Extremely professional. Was out the next day. Did a great job as the repair held through the extreme wind we had last week (although a number of my neighbours were not so lucky). Had used them on a previous house and had the same experience. Would highly recommend them!
Our main floor ceiling had a leak, but nothing noticeable on the second floor. The leak only happened on rainy days. Called Dr. Roof and Paul was able to drop by the same day and found that our roof's plumbing stack was rotten. Quick diagnosis and repair. No leaks since. 100% would recommend.
