front office is rude!!!! all front office are so rude to my mom and dad!!! i would give it a 0 but i can’t so I give it a one!!! screw the front office they have no right to be rude!!!
No matter the time of day it will always take tough more then a hour past your appointment time to be seen. Shouldn't have to wait 1 hour after checking in to be seen if you have a appointment. Feel that the doctor and the secretary's are just there for the money and not the patient. My appointment today was for 1 P.M. I show up right at 1 P.M. sign in and here it us 2:30 P.M. and I have yet to be seen. I do not recommended.
