Dr. P's HVAC team did a fantastic job! Very professional service, from Grace taking the call, scheduling a no cool for the very next day and then getting a second call from John the next morning being able to move the call up several hours. Justin called when he was 20 minutes away and arrived right on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable and even double checked his diagnosis with the unit manufacturer. Two hours later we had cooling again!
Dustin was extremely thorough in his troubleshooting and highly professional! Would recommend 10 out of 10 times!
