I’m two days trying to contact to book an appointment and not one person can answer the phone, by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could rate lower than one star I absolutely would. 25 overall calls and not a single response
I have no major issues with the doctor so far. But the receptionist needs to learn some manner first on how to talk with a patient. The way she speaks to patients over the phone is unprofessional, dismissive and makes us feel like we’re a burden or an inconvenience.
ZERO PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE DOCTOR AND THE SKEET RECEPTIONIST. No manners on how to speak to patients and update them on cancellations.
