He's a great family doctor, just impossible to get a hold of. Nobody ever answers the phones. On hold for hours.
While Dr. Kerswell is a fantastic doctor, and while his clerical staff are kind and friendly, some of them are completely incompetent. Essentially, they make you feel welcome and safe until the moment you walk out the door.They have lost my medical records, I never receive a call in regards to test follow ups, and they never answer their phones. I am doing everything I can to find a new family doctor in town, because I have not received the kind of care that I believe is required for every patient. I will not be returning to... read more
