Just called them and was told they accept my insurance and after I send them the referral, insurance card & ID my insurance tells me they aren't in the network ???!!!! Complete Waste of Time and Unprofessional !!!!!

For approximately two months, I have repeatedly called, left voicemail messages, and submitted a message through the website without receiving any response. I was trying to schedule a follow-up appointment and later needed a refill for a prescribed muscle relaxer. Even my pharmacy was unable to reach anyone at the office regarding my medication.
