I do like Dr. Pankaj Satija.He is a gifted brilliant Doctor.He is a Master in his profession and he is a humble person too. The staff are very friendly and professional They try to accommodate your busy scheduling. Thank You for your outstanding hard work you do.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Satija, but scheduling was a nightmare. I was routed through an AI answering system and received call-backs from overseas numbers I initially mistook for spam. Despite several calls, I never received the promised email with forms needed for my appointment—scheduled over three weeks in advance. I do like Dr. Pankaj Satija. The reason for the low rate is his staff they are terrible so disorganized they never answer the phone if I email asking for an appointment it is almost impossible to get it right.
