If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Satija, but scheduling was a nightmare. I was routed through an AI answering system and received call-backs from overseas numbers I initially mistook for spam. Despite several calls, I never received the promised email with forms needed for my appointment—scheduled over three weeks in advance. I do like Dr. Pankaj Satija. The reason for the low rate is his staff they are terrible so disorganized they never answer the phone if I email asking for an appointment it is almost impossible to get it right.

Dr Sarina treated my original nerve pain and the pain has not been a problem for 3 years. He was very professional and I will definitely go back if the pain returns

I had a good experience with Dr. Satija the two times I saw him. But everything outside of that has been an absolute nightmare. My PT called repeatedly and left messages in an attempt to discuss my care. Not only did they never return her calls or respond to her messages, but they also denied receiving them when I asked about it. For my third appointment, they called me the night before to confirm and told me it was at a different time (1 hr later).
