A big thank you to all the lovely people, and particularly to Dr Kiara, for her care, concern and understanding when we had to part ways with our gorgeous little Irish Terrier, Alice. Nothing was rushed, everything was calm and her professionalism and empathy were second to none. Thank you as well to all the staff, Dr Wes, everyone who has looked after her over the years. You are an amazing team and Gippsland is lucky to have you.
I cannot thank drouin vet clinic enough, we had to say goodbye to our fur baby Zahlie last week. Dr Wesley and Lizzy came to our home so she could go peacefully In the comfort of her own bed. They were just wonderful and so considerate of this moment for our family. The girls on the front desk were so wonderful on the phone and were so accommodating. Massive thank you to the Drouin Vet team. I am an experienced small animal Vet Nurse based in a suburban clinic, who happens to own pet sheep. Huge shout out to Drouin Vet Clinic ⭐️ As a new customer, I booked my 15 year old cat in for a check up as he wasn’t himself. Unfortunately the vet found complications with my cat’s insides which led to my baby boy passing away that day (which was the best option for him).
