Excellent service and care - the after-hours and house call vets are very professional and compassionate, as are the on-location staff.
Mat is awesome for chooks. Receptionist was very nice to talk too.
You guys are an absolute disgrace. If I could give you no stars I would. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at West Gippsland Vets and very reluctantly was having to leave them due to my own medical situation which leaves me unable to drive that far. To be told that you are “At capacity” is disgusting. I’ve taken other peoples animals to Neerim South Surgery plenty of times and you were never “At capacity” then. I was reluctant to come back to your surgery anyway due to other people I know telling me how rude and non compassion... read more
