Dr. Ouellet and her team are amazing. I think it is great that she also coaches students by allowing them to gain experience. The team is friendly, thorough and caring.
Horrible service and clearly should have chosen a different carrier. One that doesn’t involve the public , let alone the public desperately seeking health related needs .
Uses medical students far too often to assess patient concerns and its rarely the same one. Her team somehow failed to notice that my son had a lip tie even after we expressed our concerns with his inability to latch during breastfeeding. Her office examined him many times throughout his first year and only noticed the issue at his 1 year checkup. Now we have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed by a dentist.
i dislike her blinky self one bit, i don't trust her at all either
Although it's busy place I find Dr. Ouellet takes the time to listen and get an accurate history. I appreciate her proactive, conscientious, and down-to-earth approach. I also find her staff to be helpful and personable.
