I chose Baker Direct Primary Care for more personalized service compared to big medicine. I joined about two years ago and have been impressed with the accessibility, both for routine and emergency care. When I visit the office, there is never a long wait. The doctor never seems rushed to get to his next appointment and will discuss or explain my issues in detail to help me better understand what his diagnosis/opinions are, how he came to that position. Dr. Baker and his staff provide such an excellent service! He takes a lot of time to get to know his patients, is very informative, and helps his patients navigate the medical system. Michelle is always very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!
