My son paid $155.06 to order a new screen at the Santa Barbara location. It was only after he was charged that they told him that they couldn't restore full function to his phone. He immediately cancelled the order, and they promised to refund his money in 7-10 days. A month and 10 phone calls later, they still haven't issued a refund. I'd definitely find a more honest repair shop for my phone.
2 yrs ago hab Samsung s 10 battery replaced, broke bake glass. Last week ordered replacement for font and back, was told in by Friday. They'd call . Monday no one answered. Tuesday told replacement glass there, however case just came in. This morning posted hours were 10, not until after 10:30 was it open. Employee gave same b.s. as last 3 days. DO NOT USE. I told them on Saturday morning when they opened I wanted to do overnight shipping for a screen replacement because they don't have iPhone 14 screen. They said it can't come on Sundays because of Fedex. I told them I needed it Tuesday because I was going out of town and they said it would be done by then. Tuesday they call and say they forgot to order the screen. Very unprofessional and overall lame.
