We love our new dropshade. It works great, is beautiful, and the installers were amazing. They were very professional and detailed.
The team is nice but after install we’ve had two motors go out, a track disconnect from the wall and a screen retract sideways. While most were covered under warranty the repair to our actual house takes months. We built in the screens and the hardie board breaks when they go to replace the motor. It takes constant follow up and it’s still painful trying to get them out. If you build screens in, I recommend a hinge of some type to be able access the motor. Very professional people, they did very good job in my backyard. They cleaned up pretty good behind them. Specially Efrain, Gabino and Angel made it happen. I recommend them highly.
