My second time using Drop Zone and I couldn’t be happier! This tree was a couple feet away from the front of my house with many branches overhanging the roof which was a major concern for me. The crew did an excellent job, had all the right equipment and cleaned up nicely. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Reply: there was absolutely no miscommunication on my part. I was told by the girl on the phone that the owner was going to come by and give me an estimate on taking down the limb and I could speak to him at the time about when it could be done. No show and even no call to let me know he couldn’t make it that day. If I’m hurting your reputation with my review, too bad. Have better customer service.
