What a beautiful space! I had no idea what to expect going into my first infrared sauna experience but I was astoundingly and amazingly surprised how much better I felt coming out! I am a fitness instructor so I am always sore and tired, 40 min in the sauna and I felt better than with any massage I’ve ever had! I wasn’t as sore and achy and my skin was crazy soft. I’m hooked for sure! The clothes are beautiful too! Just shop before your sauna, to relaxed and sweaty after. Enjoy!
The studio is beautiful and I feel amazing when I get out of the sauna. The individual rooms are super comfortable. I sit and watch a Netflix show or work out a bit and before I know it 45min has gone by. There are also beautiful boutique gym clothes for purchase. I want to go everyday.
