Amazing job, we have been in 3 times and seen Shelby and Bailey both and they have been wonderful! Shelby did my daughter’s first lobe piercings and was amazing! We will always come back!
They did one piercing for me which was great! I came back to get another, although I was running late due to a snow storm and let them know ahead of time. She ended up leaving and not telling me. Super bummed since this was my fiancées gift to me for Valentine’s Day. Not the best customer service. Customer service goes along way with clients just so you’re aware! I loved my experience with Shelby. My experience with the owner however was not pleasant.
Shelby was fantastic!! Very friendly, professional, put my daughter at ease. Plus her space is adorable, the cutest vibe! Would definitely recommend!
I took my daughter for her 4th birthday to get her ears pierced and they did WONDERFUL with her! They help ease the nerves and make you feel comfortable with everything they do. Cannot recommend enough.
Shelby pierced our 8 year old’s ears today and was amazing! The atmosphere was very calm, clean, and inviting. 110% would recommend to anyone!
