We were looking for a replacement for United Site Services and found the best one you could imagine. Drop One is so great at their job. Amazing name, but more importantly, Kerry and their team provide genuine service, affordable portable toileting, and flexible support. We could not have made it through our buildout without them. I would give them a bonus if my boss would let me.
Called in an emergency situation - not only was the lady on the phone absolutely wonderful, I called just as a crew was leaving. She put the phone down, asked the crew to clock back in and start loading a truck to get us some facilities. The customer service was wonderful and responsive. I will be calling them from now on.
Very professional and helpful. The units are cleaned and emptied regularly. Highly recommend!
