I initially contacted Don at Drop N’ Detail regarding multiple scratches on my vehicle. Don was honest about which scratches he could take care of, and ones that would require a different level of repair (i.e., BMW Collision Center). During the conversation, i inquired about ceramic coating, which I have no experience with. Awesome experience all the way around. Booked the highest service that’s offered because I wasn’t sure what my car would need being it was my first time using Drop N’ Detail. Don was great with the communication prior to and going over what he may or may not need to do before getting started. The best part about the experience is that he explained what he did and any issues that he found with the vehicle when I came to pick it up.
