Drop an’ Detail is an easy recommendation to anyone who has thought about doing a ceramic coating. Why? Because if you are someone who isn’t fully knowledgeable in that area, like me, Don, the person who helped me, has been amazing. Answering any and all questions, and has been patient. Attention to detail that only a Veteran owned business could provide. Don offers nothing less than a five star experience to the customer. I would give him six stars if that were an option! This veteran owned small business gets a 5 star from us! Don provided excellent communication, upfront and very reasonable pricing and meticulously detailed work on our 2025 Lexus for ceramic coating. He even explained how to care for the coating in the future. We highly recommend Don!
The detail looked fine at first glance, but on closer inspection, I found streaks on the windows and dust still in the cup holders. It felt incomplete
The PPF installation wasn’t flawless. There were visible seams on the hood and a couple of small bubbles that distracted from the finish
