My hair stylist was Alaina. I’m disappointed with my experience. I paid $20 for a hair consultation because I wanted to go blonde, and during the consultation I was told that my desired result could be achieved within the two-hour appointment. Unfortunately, after the appointment, my hair looked essentially the same color as when I came in. There was no noticeable change toward blonde.
