I moved to the area in June of 2024 and wanted a box close to home. Convenient class schedule, great trainers and some of the most supportive classmates ever! Gotta come try it.
The owner of whomever drives the company's Honda Ridgeline drives aggressively and dangerously. Regularly tailgating, changing lanes without signaling and weaving through traffic.
As a very out of shape and heavy set person, I was nervous going to a “CrossFit” gym but I really needed to start working out again after Covid and this gym has been great. They weren’t pushy with signing up after my first class, in fact they encouraged me to do fundamentals first so I could really get an understanding of the workouts. I’m not the most fit or the strongest but I’m getting there and I never felt judged at this gym.
