I highly recommend this gym because all the coaches are incredibly patient. My son has a lot of energy, but they manage to keep him focused throughout each lesson. He looks forward to attending every week. He has been taking classes for over six months now, and I can see his confidence growing with each lesson.
Signed both kids up for BJJ (5 and 7 yo) they seem very excited, confident and motivated after the first few classes! Can't wait to see them progress as they get more comfortable. Dakota and Emily are great with the kids, keeping them engaged (not easy to do with the young ones). I just signed up myself for Muay Thai- both instructors Rich and Dan are high level and I am stoked to learn some Thai techniques! Stop in and check them out! Everyone I met has been welcoming .
Stellar gym! The perfect 5 star review on Google is absolutely deserved. Everyone here is so kind, the gym is so clean and the instructors are awesome! I did trial classes here with every intention of taking classes, unfortunately an old shoulder injury flared up so I couldn't sign up for any more classes. Nonetheless, really grateful for everyone here so I could try classes in such a welcoming environment. If I'm back in the area and healthy I'll be coming back!
I've been attending Droogs for about 5 months (MMA, Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai classes), and I can't imagine a better place to begin martial arts as a brand new student.
