Really nice and clean facility with very friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Great place to start your martial arts journey or to drop in like me and get a solid training session.
I would definitely research before joining. I am new to the area and was looking for a gym to train jiujitsu and Muay Thai. After looking in to this place I found out the highest level belt is a purple belt and they have very unqualified, very new to the sports individuals teaching all the other classes. Paying $150+ a month for low level instruction with so many other schools in the area is crazy. I can’t imagine paying for coaches with less experience than I am coming in with. My son just started taking MMA and sparring classes here and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, especially the owners Dan and Emily. Emily made getting information and signing up such an easy and awesome experience. The facility is well put together, clean, and really impressive. You can tell they truly care about creating a great environment for both kids and adults. Highly recommend! 💪👏
I highly recommend this gym because all the coaches are incredibly patient. My son has a lot of energy, but they manage to keep him focused throughout each lesson. He looks forward to attending every week. He has been taking classes for over six months now, and I can see his confidence growing with each lesson.
