Stellar gym! The perfect 5 star review on Google is absolutely deserved. Everyone here is so kind, the gym is so clean and the instructors are awesome! I did trial classes here with every intention of taking classes, unfortunately an old shoulder injury flared up so I couldn't sign up for any more classes. Nonetheless, really grateful for everyone here so I could try classes in such a welcoming environment. If I'm back in the area and healthy I'll be coming back!
I've been attending Droogs for about 5 months (MMA, Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai classes), and I can't imagine a better place to begin martial arts as a brand new student. Emily and Dan have been so intentional about nurturing a gym culture centering community and prioritizing safety and well-being above all -- something I believe to be extremely important, especially for women and girls beginning martial arts who might feel intimidated.
