I've recently started a neurodivergent referral for my daughter and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I was dreading the process, however it has been made really pleasant with short wait times on the phone and really prompt action when any information has been left with admin. The staff have been so polite, it makes a massive contrast to the surgery I used to go to before I moved.
The doctors I have seen here are all excellent, thorough and caring. Plus so are the nurses and staff !!
