very well maintained and clean gym. It has all the machines and equipment needed for a fitness workout. May not be the biggest but has a good energy vibe and ownership takes pride in running a family establishment.

Great place, nice and clean too! Mike is a very cool guy, helping my son and I obtain a week-long membership while in town for a family event. Very much appreciated and highly recommend!
