So don’t take your drone here this place is a joke. I took my drone in for repair and was told to scan a QR code on a table and it would tell me what to do. I’m thinking why don’t you have some customer service and tell me what to do? The place is trashed crap everywhere. I would be afraid they would lose my drone with all the crap they have stacked everywhere. They probably send them to DJI anyway. I can do that myself. Beware! Don’t take a $1000 drone there, no customer service!
Dropped off a new drone because of invisible shipping damage. Thinking it would be an inexpensive repair due to being new and undamaged. They called me back the following day saying it was a bad motherboard and parts were unobtainable and expensive. Explained I would be better off with the Chinese and the 90 day wait. I fully appreciate their quick turnaround and information about everything drone related.

Strong arm tactics. Too expensive. I’m a working Director/DP in Dallas 44 miles away from Drones Plus Robotics. I took my drone in for repair with these guys since I was on a job nearby. They were to assess what was wrong with the drone and give me an estimate to approve. The estimate was just under $800 to repair a broken gimbal. So I talked to DJI she laughed when I said the estimate was $800.
