Not the first time I’ve had to take my drone in for repair, thankfully these guys always get me back up and flying quickly! Timeliness, great communication as well!
My DJI Mavic 3 was inoperable with a System Navigation Error (Sensor Error CODE: 1610004A). I contacted DJI Support and they said it would take 3-6 months to receive it, service it, and return it due to customs/shipping delays they were experiencing. I sent it to a DJI Drone repair service that I found online and after 2 weeks of no progress and no estimated completion date, I had them send it back to me.
