I take my mother to Dr. Lamichhane for treatment every 3 months for hemifacial spasm. He is so kind to her! He is the only doctor she goes to who produces no anxiety at all. Also, the entire office staff that we have dealt with have been a pleasure. I would give 10 stars if I could!
My son waited over 6 months for an appointment because the Dr went on vacation and rescheduled the initial one, then no one told us this appointment was at a different office (didn’t even know there were multiple offices) so I called at 3:01pm from the wrong office to say we would be there asap but could not get anyone on the phone. Got there 12 minutes late and he would not see us.
