I had 2 injections for my arm already i have this problem already from May 2023..Dr. Jhonatan Walker is very helpfull men..sadly my pain is back we will see what is next Thanks Dromore Dr. Surgery
Virtually impossible to access and make an appointment. Very poor.
I am a full time carer for my mum she’s in her 60’s and isn’t well at all for years i collected her prescription now they refuse me when I ask why they don’t have a reason, they make my mum wait to 2pm and make me drive to get her in pain make her go in rather than hand it to me & I can clarify I’ve done absolutely nothing apart from once I called about my mum and I was told word for word I’m bothering them so I never phoned again these receptionist and the practice manager are evil but i honestly believe in karma they have ... read more
I know a lot of people criticise this practice but my Mum has been registered with them for the best part of 20 years. Now that she is experiencing dementia I have been talking to the Doctors and Receptionists quite frequently over the past few months and I have never found them to be anything but helpful and understanding
I had reason to contact the surgery on 2 July, the previous time being some 15 years ago. Went online to get contact details and read some of the reviews, I was extremely apprehensive. Was on a telephone queue for some 20 minutes, which I understand is now normal. The receptionist was lovely, very helpful, informative and talked me through what would then happen. Within 2 hours Dr Walker phoned me ; I found him to be very courteous and helpful.The prescription was ready almost instantly. A massive thank you.🤩
