We have used Ciaran and his team of highly skilled tradesmen twice. Once for an apartment renovation and secondly for a major house remodel, which included re-pitching a roof and working over split levels. We could not be happier with Ciaran from Dromard construction, Out of five builders who quoted our renovation Ciaran took the time to study our plans and and worked out with some minor alterations, he could achieve enough space to convert a single childs bedroom into a full size double room, which has added substantial value to our property. Hi , I am in my 70,s and this is the 10th major build I have done, my homes and places of work. This recent renovation is my final place to live. Ciaran was so easy to work with, his understanding of what I wanted was surprising uncanny. He clearly explain to me problems and how he would solve them.
