Droitwich Stairlifts is a First Class Company with a First Class Team supplying quality stairlifts at very competitive prices. Upon my first contact with Simon I was very impressed with Droitwich Stairlifts. There was no pressured selling tactics just very friendly advice and information. I ordered my reconditioned stairlift from Droitwich Stairlifts on 3rd April and it was delivered and fitted a few days later by Jay and Dan who did a fantastic job at fitting and explaining how to work the stairlift.

From the first contact I had with Simon I was instantly impressed - nothing was too much trouble. He gave me a couple of options and wasn’t pushy in any way. I explained that the stairlift was for my 91 year old Mum who had recently fallen whilst out shopping in Cardiff and was now struggling a bit to climb up the stairs. We went for a reconditioned Stannah 600 stairlift which was fitted yesterday by Jay. Purchased a reconditioned Stannah 600 stairlift for my elderly mother (94) through My Mobility though it was fitted by Jay from Droitwich Stairlifts. Jay was polite, friendly and professional in his approach and especially good in dealing with mum. For a recon stairlift it is in extremely good condition and was fitted in less than two hours. So far it has provided a game changer and boosted mum's confidence in continuing to live independently.
