I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this contractor. We hired him for an attached 2 car garage addition and ADU. We are a year into what should have been a 6-month project. Since receiving the final milestone payment, we have had months of frustration due to a complete lack of communication, missed deadlines, and subquality workmanship. Working with Drohan Development has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we’ve ever had with a contractor in our 30+ years. We made a grave mistake selecting Drohan for a two-story addition, a new deck and to do several bathroom and bedroom renovations. A project that was supposed to take 6–8 months has dragged on for well over a year with endless delays, poor communication, and shoddy project management. They disappeared for months at a time. Jake and Co built our new deck a few weeks back. They were extremely easy to work with, handled any issues we had promptly, and responded to our texts/phone calls right away. I've already recommended Drohan to a few friends that need work done, and I intend to have them come back soon to do some more work on our house.
I would highly recommend Drohan Development for any of your home improvement needs. In 2021, we just had an addition put on our house in Marshfield. Jake and Jesse guided us through the entire project from the permit process to the final inspection. We love our new addition with two extra bedrooms and one-half bathroom- this gives us so much extra room. The guys were very easy to communicate with. They answered every call and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend Drohan Development.
