Tom and his guys are very thorough on your car. Will tell you straight away what's wrong with it, price, time, etc . Will be working with them again to fix my car
My car started acting up on the way home from the store. When it started completely shutting down by luck I ended up at Big Tom's. Everyone was super friendly and a big help. I was able to drive my car home!! Would highly recommend them.
Big Tom is a honest man that does quality work. If he says it was done you know he put the work in. He is friendly amd understands that people aint made of money. I been going to big Tom Probally the last10 years now and will be there for all I can't do myself till the and day it closes. It is hard to find a honest place to go but Tom's is one of the honest place to go.
If 0 zero stars were possible I would have picked zero. He had my daughters car and still has it for 5 MONTHS He was paid in full by the insurance company months ago and still hasn't finished it. Won't return calls. Don't give your car to him or yo may not get it back. Next day. Police call him and he says you can pick up the car. Then won't answer the phone again.
