He is so great! He is kind and has helped me more than any other doctor. I have gone to hospitals and clinics and nobody has been able to draw my blood the girl there first try BAM. I am so impressed with this Dr. I give him a 10.

The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff and the medical assistant are amazing. The bad part is trying to get a hold of them. I have called and spoken to the receptionist multiple times and have been told for over a week when they do answer he is calling my refill in I have been calling since August 13th when it was due, and it is now August 21st and he has still not called in they told me the same thing it will be called in by the end of the day.

This is by far one of the most disorganized and unprofessional medical facilities I have ever encountered—and I work in healthcare myself. My mother has a severe case of lupus and fought hard to have Saphnelo infusion approved. The doctor was supposed to order it at a transfusion center, yet somehow it was sent to their office, which does not even perform infusions. I am very surprise from all the negative review Dr mallam is even nice down to earth , the staff are very welcoming there's no waiting time I was in and out within half an hour with blood work done on site I have nothing but a positive experience.
