Recently took my iPhone here he quickly walked me through the process and before you know it my phone was good as new (13pro max) if I were to go to apple they’d charge me an arm and a leg compared to the affordable price he offered I’m so happy and would recommend to anyone!
Please head our warning and DO NOT USE THIS STORE... We made the mistake of getting our phone screen repaired here. He said any issues come back, will replace under warranty and fix. Within 1 week, the clearly cheap quality screen, had a spot that died on it and put a line through it, messaged to organise warranty, he said he would have to buy another one and we would have to pay again. Andy did a nice job replacing the back of my phone. Looks good as new now. Charged me $210 for that and a new screen protector. Also told me I needed a new battery because mine was “melted”. I respectfully declined as my phone battery still lasts at least 36 hours which is fine for me. Next minute, my phone has died twice a day at 60-70% since he “fixed” it. Coincidence? Bloody doubt it. Sooo inconvenient. Not sure if it was on purpose or just a bad job. Do your research and go somewhere else!
Terrible quickly product and equally bad customer service. Purchased Apple Watch cover and wrist band, both broke within a couple months of purchase. Staff blamed me with no option for refund or replacement
